The Willy Wicket, Beefeater and Bottegino’s are a firm favourite with families, and you can also find top quality dining at the nearby Mezze at the Green Dragon and Tamarind in Downend.
Nearby Winterbourne has an equally tempting selection, including The Golden Heart and Taj Brasserie – and should you tire of all this choice, you’ll still have the countless eateries of Bristol to try and taste.
Education

Transport
Lyde Green is less than 4 miles from the M32 with the city centre just 6miles away. The M4/M5 intersection is within a 10 minute drive offering links across the South of England and South Wales. Newport is 27miles and Cardiff is around 40miles, with Bath 18miles, Swindon 36miles and Gloucester 35miles.
Trains from nearby Bristol Parkway will speed you into town in just 12 minutes, and also offer direct services to London in 1½hrs, and Exeter and Birmingham both in just over an hour. There are over a thousand parking spaces at this popular commuter station so you can park and ride without worrying about city congestion.
Bristol Airport offers both UK and international flights and is just 14miles away the other side of Bristol.
